Dahlia 'Allen's Bella' produces large, 8 to 10-inch raspberry-purple blooms with contrasting white petal reverses. Broad, pointed petals curve and flare outward, creating full, sculptural flowers with flashes of white visible as the petals turn. Blooming begins in midsummer and continues steadily through autumn until the first frosts, providing months of rich color.
Introduced in 2025 by American hybridizer Allen Manuel, 'Allen's Bella' earned both Derrill W. Hart and Lynn B. Dudley medals. Its substantial blooms and upright habit make it well suited to mixed borders, cutting gardens, and prominent garden displays, while the dramatic flowers are excellent for bouquets and floral arrangements.
