About this plant

Rosa 'Angelic Veil' is a hybrid tea rose featuring elegantly large, high-centered blooms with soft pink petals edged in white picotee. These blossoms, appearing from late spring through fall, release a mild citrus-infused fruity fragrance that enhances outdoor and indoor spaces alike. The blooms grace upright, slightly spreading canes adorned with glossy dark green foliage that remains clean throughout the season. Its refined floral presence and graceful stem structure make it a gorgeous choice for use in beds, borders, or as focal points in floral arrangements.

Introduced in 2023, this rose was bred in the United States by Christian Bédard and quickly received acclaim for its classic flower form and reliable disease resistance. With smooth growth, continuous flowering, and softly hued petals, 'Angelic Veil' brings a touch of elegance and enduring beauty to gardens throughout the growing season.

Planting & care

Roses reward a sunny, open site with at least six hours of direct light, good air movement, and well-drained soil rich in organic matter. Water deeply and less often, soaking the root zone while keeping the leaves dry, and mulch with two to three inches of compost or shredded bark held back from the canes. Feed repeat-blooming roses in early spring as growth starts and again after the first flush, then prune in late winter to remove dead or crossing canes and open the center. Long, straight stems make hybrid teas ideal for cutting, so give each plant room and airflow.
