About this plant
Rosa 'Cherry Parfait' is a grandiflora rose that bears cream‑white blooms edged and overlaid with cherry‑red tones. Its cupped to flat blossoms appear from late spring through fall, carrying a light, sweet fragrance. Dark green, healthy foliage provides a lush backdrop to the bicolor flowers and supports repeat blooms.
Originating from France, 'Cherry Parfait' remains prized for its performance and ornamental value. It was honored as the 2003 All‑America Rose Selections winner. With its clean habit, dependable reblooming, and contrast of red and white petals, this rose brings year‑long presence and elegance to beds, borders, or floral displays.
Planting & care
Roses reward a sunny, open site with at least six hours of direct light, good air movement, and well-drained soil rich in organic matter. Water deeply and less often, soaking the root zone while keeping the leaves dry, and mulch with two to three inches of compost or shredded bark held back from the canes. Feed repeat-blooming roses in early spring as growth starts and again after the first flush, then prune in late winter to remove dead or crossing canes and open the center. Grandifloras carry clustered blooms on taller stems, so a sturdy, open framework pays off.
