About this plant
Fuchsia 'Whiteknights Pearl' produces abundant, slender single flowers with long white tubes, pale pink recurved sepals tipped in green, and clear pink corollas from early summer until fall frost. Small, lance-shaped dark green leaves densely cover upright, gently arching stems, creating a lush framework that complements the delicate flowers. Its long flowering season provides continuous color while attracting hummingbirds, bees, and other pollinators.
Introduced in 1980 by J. O. Wright in the United Kingdom, this hardy hybrid has Fuchsia magellanica and Fuchsia fulgens in its parentage. Its vigorous, bushy growth and softly colored flowers make it well suited to mixed borders, cottage gardens, pollinator gardens, coastal plantings, containers, and informal hedges, where the pendulous blooms bring graceful movement and color throughout summer and autumn.
