Nandina domestica 'Burgundy Wine' is an ornamental shrub known for its vibrant, ever-changing foliage. The new growth emerges in shades of deep burgundy, which gradually matures to a rich, dark green, providing a striking contrast throughout the growing season. In autumn and winter, the leaves take on stunning shades of red, purple, and burgundy, adding a splash of color to the landscape when many other plants have faded. Clusters of small white flowers appear in late spring, followed by bright red berries that persist into winter, providing additional interest.
