About this plant

Yucca filamentosa 'Garland's Gold' forms a bold rosette of stiff, sword-shaped leaves with glowing golden-yellow centers bordered by deep green margins. Fine white threads curl from the leaf edges, adding texture and movement to the architectural foliage throughout the year. In early to midsummer, tall stems rise from the center bearing clusters of pendulous, creamy white flowers. The bell-shaped blooms hang in loose panicles, opening gradually along the stem and creating a dramatic display above the evergreen leaves.

Derived from Yucca filamentosa native to the southeastern United States, this cultivar has become a dependable ornamental for gardens. It suits sunny borders, gravel plantings, and architectural landscapes where the golden foliage provides year-round color and structure.
