Rosa 'Double Delight'

Double Delight Hybrid Tea Rose

Rosa 'Double Delight' is a hybrid tea rose with large, high-centered blooms that begin creamy-white and mature to deep strawberry-red edges under sunlight. These fully double blossoms appear repeatedly from spring through fall and emit a strong, spicy-sweet fragrance ideal for cut arrangements and garden enjoyment. Glossy, dark green foliage forms a lush backdrop for each bloom, and pointed buds open on long, elegant stems that support display and cutting alike.

Planting & care

Roses reward a sunny, open site with at least six hours of direct light, good air movement, and well-drained soil rich in organic matter. Water deeply and less often, soaking the root zone while keeping the leaves dry, and mulch with two to three inches of compost or shredded bark held back from the canes. Feed repeat-blooming roses in early spring as growth starts and again after the first flush, then prune in late winter to remove dead or crossing canes and open the center. Long, straight stems make hybrid teas ideal for cutting, so give each plant room and airflow.
