Rosa 'Make Me Blush' is a hybrid tea rose that produces large, high‑centered blooms of light‑yellow petals delicately blushed with cameo pink. Blooms appear in flushes from late spring through fall. Glossy dark green foliage forms a refined backdrop while the clean leaf texture enhances each floral display. It is also valued for long cutting stems and showy blossoms grace bouquets or garden beds.

Bred in the United States (2007) and introduced under the cultivar name WEKmotonton, it offers good disease resistance to mildew, rust, and rot, and performs reliably from zone 5 onward. The combination of its color transitions, fragrance, and repeating bloom pattern provide enduring garden appeal.

Planting & care

Roses reward a sunny, open site with at least six hours of direct light, good air movement, and well-drained soil rich in organic matter. Water deeply and less often, soaking the root zone while keeping the leaves dry, and mulch with two to three inches of compost or shredded bark held back from the canes. Feed repeat-blooming roses in early spring as growth starts and again after the first flush, then prune in late winter to remove dead or crossing canes and open the center. Long, straight stems make hybrid teas ideal for cutting, so give each plant room and airflow.
