Rosa 'Pink Promise'

Pink Promise Hybrid Tea Rose

Rosa 'Pink Promise' is a hybrid tea rose known for its soft pale pink blooms with creamy or ivory undertones and subtle darker pink veining. The high-centered flowers appear in regular flushes from late spring through autumn, emitting a sweet, fruity fragrance. Glossy dark green foliage frames each bloom and maintains clean appearance throughout the season.

This rose was selected as the official rose for breast cancer awareness and earned the All‑America Rose Selections award in 2009. The cultivar is appreciated for its long cutting stems and consistent performance in warm climates.

Planting & care

Roses reward a sunny, open site with at least six hours of direct light, good air movement, and well-drained soil rich in organic matter. Water deeply and less often, soaking the root zone while keeping the leaves dry, and mulch with two to three inches of compost or shredded bark held back from the canes. Feed repeat-blooming roses in early spring as growth starts and again after the first flush, then prune in late winter to remove dead or crossing canes and open the center. Long, straight stems make hybrid teas ideal for cutting, so give each plant room and airflow.
