Rosa 'Tiddly Winks'
Tiddly Winks Rose
Rosa 'Tiddly Winks' is a miniature rose that produces bicolor blooms with deep golden yellow interiors, glowing orange‑pink exteriors and soft yellow centers. These semi‑double flowers emerge from pointed buds in flushes from late spring through fall, often in clusters, and carry a light fragrance. Glossy green foliage remains clean throughout the flowering season and forms a dense backdrop to the showy blossoms.
Introduced in 2008, this miniature rose is widely praised for its winter hardiness, disease resistance, and continuous bloom habit.
Planting & care
Roses reward a sunny, open site with at least six hours of direct light, good air movement, and well-drained soil rich in organic matter. Water deeply and less often, soaking the root zone while keeping the leaves dry, and mulch with two to three inches of compost or shredded bark held back from the canes. Feed repeat-blooming roses in early spring as growth starts and again after the first flush, then prune in late winter to remove dead or crossing canes and open the center. Miniatures do beautifully in containers, where daily summer watering keeps them steady.
