Clematis 'Negritjanka' is a deciduous climber celebrated for its deep plum-purple, single blooms that measure approximately 4 to 6 inches in diameter. These flowers appear abundantly from mid to late summer, typically from July to September, adding vibrant color to the garden during the warmer months.

Originating from a cross between 'Gipsy Queen' and Clematis viticella, 'Negritjanka' was bred by M. I. Orlov in Ukraine in 1964.
