Daffodils
Daffodils are loved for their bright, cheerful flowers that bloom in early spring in shades of yellow, white, and soft pastel tones. How to Choose
Flower form: Trumpets, large and small cups, doubles, jonquils and split-coronas each read differently in a drift.
Bloom season: Early, mid and late varieties planted together stretch daffodils across most of spring.
Fragrance: Jonquilla and tazetta types are the most strongly scented and are worth siting near a path.
Height and naturalizing: Choose short varieties for containers and edging, and vigorous ones for drifts that multiply on their own.
