The Seattle Chinese Garden is a beautiful and tranquil garden located within the South Seattle College campus. It covers 4.6 acres and is designed in the style of a traditional Chinese garden, featuring architectural elements, plants, and landscapes inspired by Chinese culture and history.

Both the Knowing the Spring Courtyard and the Song Mei Pavilion at the Seattle Chinese Garden offer unique and beautiful settings for weddings, receptions, and other special events. The Seattle Chinese Garden hosts festivals throughout the year, including the Lunar New Year Lantern Festival, Peony Festival and Kite Festival, showcasing Chinese culture. They also feature concerts, including performances by the Concert Truck, offering a unique blend of traditional and contemporary music in a beautiful garden setting.

ASTRA LUMINA EXPERIENCE

Astra Lumina is a magical nighttime experience that transforms the garden with enchanting light displays and live performances, offering a captivating glimpse into Chinese culture and traditions. Educational elements are also featured that highlight the cultural significance of Chinese lanterns and their role in traditional Chinese celebrations. December - March.
